  • You must clear your Class XII exams from a recognized board in any strand with English as a compulsory subject.

Functions with a diploma in HRM

  • Human Resources Director: They lead recruiting teams to solve specific HR issues and complete successful projects. They also ensure that project activities comply with trade laws and company policies.
  • Human resources consultant: They analyze the human resource situation of a company and accordingly develop policies, employment structures and performance incentives for employees.
