We have an exciting opening for an outstanding scholar to join the Human Resource Management and Labor Relations subject group at the professor or reader level. The person will be a leading international figure in the field of human resource management.

The HRM and Employment Relations group includes leading scholars in the fields of HRM, organizational behavior and employment relations who publish in leading journals in these fields, and the successful candidate will have a commitment all equally strong towards research of the highest quality, as well as evidence of excellent teaching in the fields of HRM, labor and employment. You should hold a PhD in a relevant field, have a substantial, high-quality track record of publications in leading peer-reviewed journals, and significant experience in securing research income. You must be willing to contribute to the research direction of the group and to work with other members of the group to develop and innovate our program offerings. Additionally, you must have considerable experience working with practitioners and policy makers to achieve research impact.
