GFT among the European leaders in data analysis and machine learning in Google Cloud

Artificial intelligence could contribute nearly $16 trillion to the global economy in 2030. Successful implementation of AI solutions has become the key to maintaining competitiveness companies from all sectors.

The analyst firm ISG recognizes GFT as “Leader” in Europe for data analysis and machine learning in the Google Cloud partner ecosystem, in their first-ever ISG Provider Lens™ report on the subject. Leaders as defined by the ISG have a broad and attractive portfolio of products and services, an established market presence and a strong competitive position.

When used correctly, artificial intelligence can give businesses in all industries a competitive advantage. This boosted their productivity and improve overall reliability. Companies that apply AI at the core of their business dramatically improve their ability to make decisions faster, smarter, and with greater accuracy. The Google Cloud Platform gives users quick and easy access to the latest AI technologies while avoiding huge hardware investments. However, going it alone is not an ideal option: to get the best results from their Google Cloud AI applications, companies need an experienced partner. Analyst reports like this latest from ISG now make it easier to find the right partner organization with the specialized skills required to create valuable business results.

The ISG report highlights GFT’s strong expertise in computer vision technologies. The company is listed as one of four global service providers for GCP visual inspection AI and, as the analyst firm put it, “offers a range of advanced visual inspection tools for manufacturing processes”, in particular:

  • process monitoring
  • using AI vision to identify product defects
  • online quality prediction
  • analysis of the video streams of the final packaging

Another strength of GFT mentioned in the ISG report is the industry pull. The report highlights that the company has completed “data modernization and analytics projects for blue-chip customers in Europe and beyond.” GFT has successfully implemented Google Cloud AI solutions for clients in a variety of industries and geographies, including a US-based bakery manufacturer, the largest US bottle manufacturer and one of the largest American automakers.
